DYNAMIC GYM & AFROFIT CLASSES

Dynamic Gym is an athletic and fitness programme based on the fundamentals of fitness: Cardio-respiratory and muscular resistance; strength and body power; flexibility and agility; coordination, balance, precision and speed.  Each session is divided as follows: warm up, aerobic activity, skipping rope, bodyweight workout, workout using light weights concentrating on resistance for the definition and toning of muscles, techniques including basic capoeira movements.
